It comfortably accommodates up to 6 people, with its 3 bedrooms featuring queen-size beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms. Ideally located just 5 minutes from the tram, this apartment guarantees you a peaceful stay in the City of Light.

The entrance door of this 65 m² apartment opens onto a bright interior, carefully and elegantly decorated. The living area is designed for your comfort, with a cozy sofa perfect for your moments of relaxation. The dining space features a table that can accommodate six guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the necessary appliances and utensils for preparing your meals: oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. The bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds (160x200), carefully made with hotel-quality linen to ensure restful nights. One of the bathrooms is equipped with a sink, mirror, shower, and toilet. The other has a sink, mirror, and shower. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay. All you need to do is relax and enjoy!
