Welcome to my 70 m² apartment, located on the 1st floor of a building without an elevator in the 10th arrondissement of Paris. Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests, it features two cosy bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen for preparing your favourite meals, and a bathroom. Ideally situated just 2 minutes from the metro, you'll be able to enjoy a pleasant stay in Paris.

Welcome to my apartment! The apartment is on the 1st floor, accessible only by stairs. The door of this 70 m² apartment opens onto a bright and elegantly decorated space. The living area features a comfortable seating area, a large television, and a dining table that seats four. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare your meals: refrigerator, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and more. A washing machine is also our use. The first bedroom has a single bed and a queen-size bed (160x200), while the second bedroom has a double bed (140x200). The beds are carefully made with complimentary hotel-quality hotel linens. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, a mirror, a bathtub, and a toilet. You'll have access to Wi-Fi during your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays. All that's left for you to do is enjoy!
