The apartment with 2 bedrooms can accommodate 4 persons, & is in a very lively and culturally rich area. There are also many cafes, bars, restaurants, and key attractions to visit. The apartment has all the essential amenities required for your full comfort during your stay!

Welcome to my home! This apartment is located on the second floor accessible by elevator and is composed as follows: at the back, you will find the kitchen directly on your right. The kitchen is fully equipped allowing you to prepare typical Parisian meals. In the dining room, there is a table and 4 chairs at your disposal. In the living room, you will find a large sofa, wifi, and cable TV. There are 2 bedrooms which are each equipped with 1 double bed (1m40). The bathroom is equipped with a large shower; towels, linens, soap, and shampoo are available for your own personal use! Disclaimer: There is some maintenance work in the next-door flat until April 2022. Enjoy your stay!

If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at a minimum.

the accommodation is very well located, 15 minutes' walk from the eiffel tower. 2 minutes from the metro. All shops are nearby. we enjoyed our stay in Paris
