Welcome to my 85m² apartment on the 4th floor with an elevator at the 13 Arrondissement in Paris. It can comfortably accommodate 4 people with its bright living room, 3 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Ideally located a few minutes from the metro, you can easily explore Paris and its top attractions!

Welcome to my apartment! Situated on the 4th floor with a lift, this modern and tastefully decorated 85m² apartment is close to various top attractions in Paris, such as Chinatown, Place d'Italie and Panthéon! This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features two large sofas, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favorite shows, and a dining table for four. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, a fridge, a coffee machine and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer, a dryer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The main bedroom has a queen bed (160x200), and the two others have single beds (90x200). All beds are made with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries. You'll have access to Wi-Fi during your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
