Welcome to my 24m² apartment on the 2nd floor in Paris's 13th arrondissement near the famous Place d'Italie. Its one-bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom can comfortably accommodate 2 people. Ideally located a 4-minute from the metro, it offers a peaceful and enjoyable stay in the City of Light. This apartment is available exclusively under a mobility lease.

Welcome! Step into this charming and cosy 24m2 apartment, where a bright and elegantly decorated space awaits you. The living area features a very comfortable sofa that easily converts into a double bed, along with a TV for your entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essential appliances and utensils for preparing your meals, such as a microwave, kettle and espresso machine. A washing machine is also available for your convenience. The bedroom features a double bed (160x200), carefully prepared with hotel-quality linens, along with storage space. The bathroom is fitted with a sink, a mirror, a shower, and a toilet. You will have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay. All that’s left to do is relax and enjoy!

If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
