Welcome to my 50m² studio apartment on the 2nd floor with a lift at the 3rd Arrondissement in Paris. It can comfortably accommodate 2 people with its bright living room with a double bed, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Ideally located minutes from different metro lines, you can enjoy a pleasant stay in the heart of Paris.

Welcome to my apartment! Situated on the 2nd floor with a lift, this modern and tastefully decorated 50m² studio apartment is close to various top attractions in Paris, such as Notre-Dame de Paris! Nestled in a former chic and quiet mansion, the apartment overlooks an inner courtyard, guaranteeing absolute tranquillity despite the lively neighbourhood. Our studio is tastefully decorated with many unique vintage furniture, combining charm, taste and comfort! The living room features a large sofa, a TV with HDMI connectivity for watching all your favourite shows, and a dining table for four. The space has a double bed (140x200) with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. There is a projector containing all the streaming platforms (Netflix, Prime, Disney+, etc.), projecting onto a screen fixed in front of the bed. Storage space and ironing equipment are also available. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, a toaster, a coffee machine, a fridge and a microwave. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. You will have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. Enjoy your stay!
