Welcome to my 18 m² studio on the 4th floor in the 17th arrondissement. It can comfortably accommodate two people, with its living room featuring a fold-out double bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Ideally situated just 6 minutes from the metro, you can enjoy a peaceful stay in the capital.

Welcome to this charming 18 m² studio, situated on the 4th floor (no lift). Modern, bright and tastefully decorated, it enjoys an ideal location near Parc Monceau, perfect for exploring and making the most of Paris. The main living area, both functional and welcoming, features a relaxation area with a fold-away double bed and a desk. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for cooking: hob, microwave, fridge, coffee machine (Nespresso-style), crockery and cutlery. A dining area with a table and chairs allows you to enjoy your meals in comfort. The bathroom has a shower, a washbasin and a built-in toilet. You’ll have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke alarm is fitted. The property is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure comfort and cleanliness. There is no washing machine, but a laundrette is 5 minutes’ walk from the property. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. All you have to do is unpack your bags and make the most of your stay.

Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. We will deduct €300 from the deposit if we detect any evidence of this rule being broken.
