It is fitted with all the modern essentials to fulfil all your basic needs. It is just a few minutes from the metro (Line 5) at Jacques Bonsergent on foot.

Welcome! A modern apartment in a classical building that's a five-minute walk to Canal St Martin. The condo sits near a busy boulevard, and popular motorists are looking for a detour; therefore not ideal for those sensitive to loud noises. However, the unit is fully furnished with all the modern conveniences to make you feel at home away from home. It is 67m2 in size and has an inviting living area for relaxing and unwinding over the sofas while catching up on all your favourite shows. Plenty of windows are dotted throughout the apartment to let natural sunlight brighten the place. The dining area can accommodate up to six with a medium size table, and the open kitchen comes with all the equipment you'll need to make home-cooked meals. Two bedrooms are fitted with a queen-size bed, built-in wardrobes and lined in freshly laundered linens for a good night's rest. Additionally, there's a dedicated office space with a work desk, chair and a daybed, an academic set-up for those who work remotely. The bathroom has everything you'll need to freshen up and comes with a washing machine for added convenience. Clean towels and toiletries are provided at no extra cost. Rest assured, my home is professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!
