Welcome to my 45m² apartment on the 1st floor without a lift at the 18th Arrondissement. It can comfortably accommodate two people with its bedroom with a double bed, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Ideally located minutes from the metro, you can enjoy a quiet and charming stay in Paris! Please note: minimum rental period is 30 days.

Welcome to my apartment! Situated on the 1st floor without a lift, this modern and tastefully decorated 45m² apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Paris! Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. This apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features two comfortable sofas and a dining table for four. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery for delicious meals, such as a cooking plate, an oven, a kettle, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, etc. The apartment also has a washer-dryer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The bedroom has a double bed (140x200) with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. A fan is at your disposal. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including a hair dryer, towels, a towel dryer and complimentary toiletries. You will have access to the Wi-Fi throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Please note that construction works are ongoing in the neighbouring apartment on the 3rd floor. The works started on 09/02 and are expected to last approximately 5 months. There is no impact on your stay; this is just for your information. Enjoy your stay!

If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
