The property is close to the Grands Boulevards, good restaurants and shops, and the Poissonnières station is just a few minutes away, so guests can easily travel and explore the city!

The living room features a large comfy sofa bed and a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows. The kitchen has a stove, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, electric kettle, and fridge to prepare a tasty home-cooked meal easily. The cooking utensils and kitchenware are provided for your use as well. The apartment also has a washer for your laundry needs. The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens and some storage space. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, complimentary toiletries, a walk-in shower, and a hairdryer. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Please note that there are ongoing renovations taking place within the building.
