It can comfortably accommodate two people with its bedroom with a double bed, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom. Ideally located close to the metro, diverse stores and shops, restaurants and Monceau and Martin Luther King Parks, you can enjoy a charming stay in Paris.

Situated on the 6th floor with a lift and overlooking the courtyard, this modern 30 m² apartment guarantees a peaceful stay away from the hustle and bustle of the street and traffic noise. It is suitable for a maximum of 2 adults and is not recommended for children or babies. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay! The living room features a comfortable sofa, a TV, and a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, a microwave, a fridge and a Nespresso coffee machine. The bedroom has a double bed (140x200) with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including a hair dryer, towel dryer, towels and complimentary toiletries. You will have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay. A smoke detector is installed for your safety. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!
