Bright and tastefully furnished, this charming flat offers you all the comfort you will need for a long stay in Paris. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor without a lift. Fitted with a leather sofa, a fireplace, and a dining area, relax in the open living room after spending a long day in the city. Semi-hidden behind a wall in the living room, there’s a bedroom which features a single bed and storage space for your belongings. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and cutleries you’ll need to whip up a delicious home cooked meal including an electric stove, an oven and a microwave. The bedroom contains a queen bed, a work desk and a big wardrobe for your belongings. The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Free hotel-quality linens, fresh towels and toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. There’s also a washer should you need it. The flat is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitised for your safety. Enjoy your stay!

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
