Welcome to my 120 m² apartment on the 5th floor with an elevator in the 1st arrondissement. It comfortably accommodates up to five people and has three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Ideally situated just 4 minutes from the metro, you'll be able to enjoy a delightful stay in the City of Light.

Welcome! Ideally located in the 1st arrondissement of the capital, just a 2-minute walk from Place Vendôme and the Tuileries Garden, this spacious 4-room apartment with a brand-new air conditioner is perfect for families or small groups visiting Paris. The 5th-floor apartment with lift, located on Rue Cambon opposite the Court of Auditors, is very bright thanks to its large windows, yet relatively quiet (2 of the 3 bedrooms overlook the courtyard), despite its central location. This 120 m² apartment includes a brand-new air conditioner for the comfort of our guests. The living room is equipped with a very comfortable sofa and a dining area with a table that can seat four guests. A second area is set up with a comfortable sofa and a television for your entertainment. The spacious living room makes it ideal for groups wishing to settle in the capital for a few days. The fully equipped kitchen has all the necessary appliances and utensils to prepare your meals (oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle). The apartment has three bedrooms, two of which are in a row, separated by a door, and a mezzanine in the entrance. The master bedroom features a king-size bed (180x200) and a futon. The second bedroom has two single beds, and the third has one single bed. All the beds are carefully made with hotel-quality linens. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. There is also a futon in the master bedroom. You will have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay. The apartment is equipped with a reversible air conditioning system and fully complies with all safety standards. The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay. All that's left is for you to enjoy!
