Located right here in the 8th arrondissement of Paris, with the Arc de Triomphe adorning the western end of the avenue and lined with all the luxury brand boutiques and stores you can think of. To call it a heaven for shopaholics is no exaggeration. But that’s not all, here you’ll also find the official residence of the President of the French Republic, the Élysée Palace. A grand and luxurious neighbourhood, from Place de la Concorde and its famous obelisk, to the Petit and the Grand Palais and up to the Pont Alexandre III, every turn and you’ll find another spectacular building. With all the glam and the luxury, the VIIIth is also known as one of the most expensive neighbourhoods in Paris, when it comes to food and drinks, you are going to want to be careful around the area, however there are plenty of great options around, just make sure to check the price.

Welcome to my home! Decorated from my travels around the world throughout my life, you'll find my home filled with authentic African-inspired decor, and a warm and cosy atmosphere. A simple apartment with all the amenities you’ll need for a comfortable stay! The apartment has 1-bedroom, furnished with a double bed fitted with hotel quality linens. As well as a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The living room is furnished with comfortable sofa and flat-screen TV. A fully equipped kitchen with your basic cookware and cutleries are also at your disposal. Feel free to use any of the amenities provided at our home, including free WiFi, hairdryer, washer etc. We also provide fresh towels and complimentary toiletries to make your stay all the more comfortable and enjoyable! We hope you have a fantastic stay! =)

I may not be available to accommodate you in my apartment. If this is the case a friend of mine will come to greet you. I would of course be at your disposal to give you advice about Paris.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that we also offer paid cleaning services during your stay: Complete package (cleaning + linen) Cleaning only Linen only If you would like to use this service, feel free to contact the team directly. A security deposit will be required for your stay. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property.
