This property is offered exclusively under a French Mobility Lease ("Bail Mobilité") for a temporary stay of 1 to 10 months, in accordance with French law. It is intended in particular for: • Students, interns, or apprentices • Employees on temporary assignments • Individuals relocating for professional reasons • Consultants or employees temporarily accommodated by their company To review your request and verify your eligibility for a Mobility Lease, please send us a message clearly explaining the purpose of your stay: reason for travel, desired duration, professional or student status, number of occupants, etc. Before final approval, supporting documents will be required to confirm your eligibility: • ID document, proof of enrollment, internship agreement, etc. • Employment contract, assignment order, employer certificate, etc. • Or any document justifying the temporary nature of the stay By submitting a booking request, you confirm that you have read and understood these specific requirements, agree to provide the necessary supporting documents, and agree to sign the corresponding rental agreement.
