However, if you are due to arrive after 10.30pm, it is essential that you read and follow to the letter the independent arrival guide provided. This will ensure smooth access to the property and prevent any unforeseen problems during your installation. Please note that after 10:30 pm, we will no longer be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary.

I welcome you to my home, in my apartment, as part of a bed-and-breakfast. Part of the apartment serves as my primary residence, and you’ll have your own private space during your stay. -I’ll personally welcome you and hand you the keys in person by appointment, until 8:00 p.m. -Breakfast is included in your stay. -Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. Parties and noise disturbances are not allowed. -The apartment is not accessible to guests with limited mobility.
