Welcome to my home! This amusing 170 m2 two-story property offers a relaxing and inviting space for your stay in this delightful city. It is located in a beautiful complex, and guests can park their cars in front of the house. As you enter the house, a long hall leads you to the first bedroom suite, which includes a queen bed, a TV, and a complete bathroom. The second bedroom is also a suite and has two comfortable single beds, a TV, and a private bathroom with everything you will need to freshen up. On this floor, guests can find a laundry room that features washing and dryer machines. Upstairs, there is an open-plan living and kitchen space. The living space features a charming sitting area where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city, and a great dining table where they can enjoy their meals together. The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and it includes essential cookware, an oven, a cooking plate, a microwave and a dishwasher. The third suite bedroom is modernly decorated and it includes a queen bed, a TV, a beautiful walk-in wardrobe and a large private bathroom. There is also a lovely balcony where you can enjoy the sunlight. Unfortunately, the swimming pool is temporarily unavailable. However, guests can still access the stunning outdoor space and gardens. The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Beautiful large property in stunning surroundings. We did have a couple of issues during our stay which guestready were quick to response to, however the issue of the beeping unit is still a problem,
