Please note that this property is only rented through a mobility lease for a minimum of 30 days!

The entrance opens onto a bright living area, with a comfortable living room featuring a sofa and a television. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: a convection microwave oven, a cooking plate, a refrigerator, a Nespresso coffee machine, utensils, and dishes. The adjoining dining table seats two people. The accommodation comprises one bedroom carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity. The bed (double – 140x190) is made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available so that you can settle in comfortably. You will also find a washer and a dryer in the basement for added convenience. The bathroom features a shower, a towel dryer, a hair dryer and a mirror. The toilet is separated. The exterior offers a pleasant, chill area, a shared courtyard outside the apartment in the building, furnished with outdoor furniture, ideal for enjoying a moment of calm. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety. The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort. All that's left to do is drop off your bags and enjoy your stay to the fullest!
