Superb apartment ideally located at Croisé Laroche in Marcq en Baroeul. You'll love this apartment for its living space and amenities, including a parking space. The tramway line is 1 min. 8 min. from downtown Lille!

The apartment is located on the second floor of an attractive, secure residence, with access to the entire building. Private parking is available with the apartment, but beware of the narrow access. SUVs will not fit, only city cars. Maximum dimensions are 180cm wide by 180cm high. You'll appreciate this apartment for its charm as well as its pleasantly arranged living spaces, comprising a comfortable living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen with dining area, three spacious bedrooms with double beds and a large bathroom with shower and bathtub. A cot and high chair are also available! As the stairs are a little steep, we recommend that people with mobility difficulties take this into consideration. The apartment will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry for household linen. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for breakfast and dinner. Entertainment available via TV: Molotov TV, Prime Video!
