Situated on the 1st floor without an elevator, this 20m² studio has what you need for a comfortable stay! Comfortably accommodating up to 2 pax, you'll find the studio is fully equipped with all the kitchen basics needed to prepare yourself a meal, fresh towels, bed linens, and 24/7 guest support to assist you anytime. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. A Note on Expectations: GuestReady Essential aims to provide simple comforts and practicality. Wifi access is available but it has been known to be unstable at times. We believe in being upfront so you can plan your stay with the right expectations—and still enjoy the comfort, convenience, and hospitality that GuestReady Essential provides. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
