The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery for delicious meals, including a cooking plate, a microwave, a fridge, and a coffee machine. The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including towels, a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries. The studio is equipped with reversible air conditioning. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Wi-Fi access is available throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. Enjoy your stay!

You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.

Very clean and organised, there's a supermarket, pharmacy and café nearby, a metro line 15 minutes away on foot and a bus stop 5 minutes away. I liked it and would stay again.
