The studio includes a cozy sofa and a double bed, dressed with quality linens for your comfort. There is a smart TV for your entertainment, along with a dining table for shared meals or remote work. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including a stovetop, oven, microwave, and all essential cookware. For added convenience, the studio also features a washing machine and ironing equipment to cover your laundry needs. The bathroom is stocked with clean towels and complimentary toiletries for the first days, providing everything needed for a comfortable, hassle-free stay. PLEASE NOTE: THE STUDIO IS LOCATED ON THE FIFTH FLOOR WITHOUT AN ELEVATOR. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay. Note: This apartment is for temporary rental only – not available for tourist stays. To complete the booking, it is required to sign a seasonal rental agreement and provide proof of the reason for your stay. After completing the reservation, you will receive a contract to sign. Without the signed contract, the booking will be canceled without refund.

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Note: This apartment is for temporary rental. Not available for tourism purposes. Signing a contract is mandatory We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
