Welcome to my studio! This delightful 32 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space. It is located on the first floor via stairs. It is designed with vibrant living and kitchen areas. The living space features a lovely sitting area where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city. In front, the open-concept kitchen provides a welcoming environment, It includes essential cookware and cutleries. The sleeping space is modernly decorated, and it includes a comfortable double bed and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom has all the amenities you need, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. Professional cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival. Note: This apartment is for temporary rental – Not available for tourism purposes. To complete the reservation, it is essential to sign a seasonal lease agreement and provide proof of the reason for the stay. After completing the reservation, you will receive a contract to sign; without the signed contract, the reservation will be canceled without the right to a refund. Enjoy your stay!

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Note: This apartment is for temporary rental. Not available for tourism purposes. Signing a contract is mandatory We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). The accommodation was great for a few days, the views of Madrid Rio and the area were great. With a huge shopping centre next door which is great for rainy or very cold days.
