With enough space to comfortably accommodate two people thanks to the pull-out bed in the living room, it is the perfect compact accommodation for singles or business travellers. Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favourite meals, as well as clean towels and bed linen ready for your stay. IMPORTANT: This is a ground floor apartment with no windows. Please consider this when booking. Note: This apartment is for temporary rental only and is not available for tourist purposes. To complete the booking, it is essential to sign a temporary rental contract and provide proof of the reason for your stay. Once the booking is complete, you will receive a contract to sign; without the signed contract, the booking will be cancelled without refund. We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Self check-in. Physical keys must be collected at a Keynest partner store near the accommodation. Check-in is from 3:00 PM (early check-in upon request). You will receive the pick-up code and instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bags. If you need additional cleaning or bed linen during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them at an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property, but guests may smoke in outdoor areas if the accommodation has them. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of utilities will apply with a limit of €80. Extra keys: according to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be applied according to the cost of the copy. Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
