Charming 25 m² studio in the heart of Lyon's Presqu'île district, ideal for 2 people. Perfect for a stay of a few nights or several weeks, whether for a business trip or a leisurely getaway. Its prime location allows you to explore Lyon on foot, with restaurants, shops, and iconic sites just steps away.

The studio, located on the 7th floor with elevator access, features an entrance hall with storage (wardrobe and shelves), a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a vanity with storage, and a separate toilet. The main room includes a functional kitchenette with an induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and everything you need to prepare your meals. A small table and two chairs complete the dining area. The sleeping area features a double bed (140x200), a flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi access. For your comfort, the flat is ready to welcome you. We provide hotel-quality laundry (bed linen already in place, towels, bath mat, tea towel) as well as 3 welcome kits for the first night / first morning: 1 bathroom kit for 2 people (1 shampoo, 1 shower gel, 1 bar of soap, 3 make-up remover discs, 4 cotton buds, 1 nail file); 1 edible kit for 2 people (2 coffee capsules, 2 tea bags, 2 cocoa pods, 3 sugar pods, 2 mini-cookies); 1 cleaning kit for the stay (1 sponge, 1 washing machine tablet). Included in the cleaning charge.
