Bright 43m² flat for up to 4 people, with one bedroom opening onto a quiet courtyard. You'll be staying in Lyon within easy reach of all amenities. Ideal for a tourist or business trip, from a few nights to several weeks.

The flat is located on the 1st floor without a lift. Furnished and equipped with care to make you feel at home during your stay. It's a 43m2 T2 apartment with the following layout: A lounge with a flat-screen TV, a sofa bed for 2 people, an armchair and a coffee table. A dining area with a large dining table and 4 high chairs. A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, induction hob, microwave, kettle and all you need for cooking. A separate bedroom with a 140x200 double bed, a study area and a decorative fireplace. A screen is available (no TV reception, but equipment can be plugged in). A dressing area and storage space for your personal belongings. And a shower room with shower, LED mirror, WC and heated towel rail. For your comfort, the apartment is ready to welcome you. We provide hotel quality laundry (bed linen already set up, towels, bath mat, tea towel) as well as 3 welcome kits for the first night / first morning: 1 bathroom kit for 2 people (1 shampoo , 1 shower gel, 1 soap, 3 make-up remover discs, 4 cotton swabs, 1 nail file); 1 edible kit for 2 people (2 coffee capsules, 2 tea bags, 2 cocoa sticks, 3 sweets, 2 mini-cookies); 1 maintenance kit for the living room (1 sponge, 1 washing machine tablet, 1 dishwasher tablet). Included in the cleaning fee.

Self check-in. Keys are to be collected using a code given in advance from a shop (open every day from 07:00 to 00:00) near the flat. For arrivals or departures outside these times, you will be charged €20, depending on the availability of our receptionist outside these times, or to return the keys to the shop in your place on the day of your departure.
