In a beautiful medieval building in the heart of old Lyon, very quiet and close to St Jean cathedral, come and enjoy a wonderful stay in this 94m² duplex apartment that can accommodate up to 6 people. Close to all amenities and tourist attractions, it's the perfect place to spend time with friends or family.

A beautiful flat with an uninterrupted view over Lyon, where you'll be ideally placed. It's friendly, warm and bright, and sleeps 6 comfortably. The flat is on the 5th floor without a lift. To get there, you climb the stairs and cross a small courtyard before continuing up to the 5th floor. It comprises An entrance hall leading to a large, bright, fully-equipped kitchen with fridge, hob, microwave, oven, cooking utensils, crockery, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and even a Nespresso coffee machine. A large living room with a comfortable sofa, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi connection and dining table for 6. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms with 160x200 beds, one of which has a 140x200 bed. Each bedroom has storage space for your personal belongings and various furnishings such as a desk, armchair, etc. Finally, there is a bathroom with a bath, storage space, a washbasin and a WC. For your convenience, the flat is ready to welcome you. We provide hotel-quality laundry (bed linen already in place, towels, bath mat, tea towel) as well as 3 welcome kits for the first night/morning: 1 bathroom kit for 2 people (1 shampoo, 1 shower gel, 1 bar of soap, 3 make-up remover discs, 4 cotton buds, 1 nail file); 1 edible kit for 2 people (2 coffee capsules, 2 tea bags, 2 cocoa pods, 3 sugar pods, 2 mini cookies); 1 cleaning kit for the stay (1 sponge, 1 washing machine tablet). Included in the cleaning charge.

Physical check-in: available until 11pm. (Please note: if one of our receptionists is available for a check-in after 0:00, you will be asked to pay a supplement of €20 on arrival).
