It has large windows, allowing abundant sunlight in the space. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious meals, such as a stove and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. There's a reversible Air Conditioner in the apartment for your comfort. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. The residence features a closed parking space on level -1, providing a secure and convenient parking option for residents. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
