Welcome! Just 8 minutes from the banks of the Saône, my home is a true haven of peace. A former rustic barge converted into a contemporary duplex, it overlooks the rooftops of Vieux Lyon and offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the city, as well as one of the few hanging gardens in this historic district – a rare and peaceful retreat. Located in a lively part of Lyon, you can enjoy fine dining at nearby restaurants such as Mii Factory and Boulangerie Saint Paul, or treat yourself to an ice cream in summer at Glacier Nardonne. The 15m² flat is ideal for solo travellers who want to stay close to the city centre while enjoying a quiet setting, away from the hustle and bustle. You will be nestled in the heart of Old Lyon, a picturesque village-like neighbourhood surrounded by Renaissance mansions, charming cobbled streets, typical cafés and pretty shops to discover. The living area features a fully equipped, open-plan kitchen with everything you need to cook, including a hob, microwave, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, crockery, and utensils. A dining area with a table and chairs allows you to enjoy your meals in comfort. On the same floor, the shower room has a shower, a mirror, a sink and a built-in toilet. The mezzanine bedroom has a double bed, carefully made up with hotel-quality linen. A dedicated work area is available to you. The flat is very quiet and overlooks a garden. You will have Wi-Fi access throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure a comfortable and clean environment. There is no washing machine, but a Loundramat with small, medium, and large machines, a free softener, and Wi-Fi (Payment by coins or card), is 3 minutes away from the flat. Drop off your bags and enjoy your stay.

If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Pets are not allowed in this apartment, and both inside and outside areas are non-smoking. It is crucial to maintain quietness, as no noise is tolerated in this building.
