In the heart of Vieux Lyon, the city's historic district, you'll discover a beautiful 33m² flat for 2 people, completely renovated and tastefully designed. Enjoy the magnificent view over the Saône, just a stone's throw from the famous cobbled streets and all the shops and restaurants nearby. Everything you need for a pleasant stay is within walking distance.

This lovely 33m2 flat on the 3rd floor (no lift) is perfect for 2 travellers. It comprises an entrance hall, a bright living room with a comfortable bench seat, a small fold-out console for lunch or dinner, a small flat-screen TV and an armchair. The open-plan kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with an induction hob, fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and a dining area with two stools. A separate bedroom with a double bed (140x200), bespoke storage space, wardrobes and shelving for your personal belongings and a shower room with a shower, washbasin, towel rail and WC. Please note: the sofa shown in the first photos has been replaced by the bench seat shown in the last photos. For your comfort, the flat is ready to welcome you. We provide hotel-quality laundry (bed linen already in place, towels, bath mat, tea towel) as well as 3 welcome kits for the first night / first morning: 1 bathroom kit for 2 people (1 shampoo, 1 shower gel, 1 bar of soap, 3 make-up remover discs, 4 cotton buds, 1 nail file); 1 edible kit for 2 people (2 coffee capsules, 2 tea bags, 2 cocoa sticks, 3 sugar cubes, 2 mini-cookies); 1 cleaning kit for the stay (1 sponge, 1 washing machine tablet). Included in the cleaning charge.

You need to be able to climb the stairs to the 3d floor, but that is part of the charm of an old building. Cozy apartment with a fantastic view. We had all we needed and were close to everything. Fine
