Located in the heart of the historic district of Old Lyon, this elegant 60 m² apartment combines old-world charm with modern comfort. With its exposed wooden beams and two comfortable bedrooms that can accommodate up to four people, it offers a truly pleasant stay. Perfectly located, just a stone's throw from restaurants, shops and tourist attractions.

It consists of a spacious living room with a seating area comprising two armchairs, a large comfortable sofa, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi connection. The open-plan, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook at home: a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, hob, kettle, toaster, fridge, and all the necessary crockery and utensils. The dining area is furnished with a large table and four chairs, perfect for sharing meals in a convivial atmosphere. The apartment has two bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed (160x200), a chest of drawers, a bedside table and a clothes rack. The open-plan bathroom has a shower, a washbasin with storage, a large towel dryer and a separate toilet. For your comfort, the apartment is ready to welcome you. We provide hotel-quality linen (bed linen already laid out, towels, bath mats, tea towels) as well as 3 welcome kits for the first night/morning: 1 bathroom kit for 2 people (1 shampoo, 1 shower gel, 1 bar of soap, 3 make-up remover pads, 4 cotton buds, 1 nail file); 1 food kit for 2 people (2 coffee capsules, 2 tea bags, 2 cocoa sticks, 3 sugar sachets, 2 mini cookies); 1 cleaning kit for your stay (1 sponge, 1 washing machine tablet). Included in the cleaning fee.
