Complimentary tea and instant coffee are provided for your convenience. Indulge in a luxurious bathroom with a rain shower, stunning marble walls, and elegant gold accents. The bathroom includes all the essentials for a refreshing stay, including fresh towels and toiletries. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Kindly note that in-stay cleaning is not included, but it can be arranged upon request for an additional fee. Please note that scent diffusers are placed in the unit, therefore it may not be suitable for those with sensitivities. Enjoy your stay!

The unit is located on the lower ground floor via stairs. Although not busy, some sound may be experienced from the road. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required). It is an amazing room! We had everything we needed. The location is amazing, you only walk a few minutes to „Great Portland Street“ and „Warren Street“. We also felt very welcomed, the hotel was alway

Everything as described. Out Room nr 1 was really nice - only in the sousterrain directly under the entrance. Would Book a different room for a bit of view next time.
