Living Area: Open-plan lounge with a comfortable sofa, flat-screen TV, and direct access to your private balcony—ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Kitchen: Equipped with essential cookware and utensils for preparing simple meals and snacks. Bathroom: Stocked with clean towels, complimentary toiletries, and fresh amenities. The flat is naturally warm. We provide a portable air conditioning unit in the living room and fans in the bedrooms for your comfort during warmer months. Please note that construction is currently underway in the building across the street, which may result in higher noise levels during the day. Professionally cleaned and ready for your arrival. Enjoy your stay! To ensure peace of mind during your stay, all reservations require either a £500 refundable security deposit or a £20 non-refundable Damage Waiver, which covers accidental damage up to £200 (applicable to non-Airbnb bookings only). Guests will have access to the entire home! On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout.

Please note that construction is currently underway in the building across the street, which may result in higher noise levels during the day. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

This is a lovely flat, and Guest Ready was very helpful in making sure we had two keys; one for me and one for my flat-mate. They were also flexible in our checkout time which was very helpful.
