Step outside to the delightful patio, complete with a wooden dining table and four matching chairs—perfect for al fresco meals or enjoying a morning coffee. Surrounded by lush greenery and climbing ivy, the patio provides a serene and private retreat. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to meet all your culinary needs. A washing machine is also available for your laundry. The apartment has two bedrooms: the first with a double bed and the second with two single beds, all dressed in complimentary hotel-quality linens. The bathroom includes everything you need to freshen up, with fresh towels and toiletries provided for your convenience. For your comfort, the apartment is professionally cleaned before every stay. Enjoy your stay! To ensure peace of mind during your stay, all reservations require either a £500 refundable security deposit or a £20 non-refundable Damage Waiver, which covers accidental damage up to £200 (applicable to non-Airbnb bookings only). This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Rekomendacja. Dobra okolica, czysto i przytulnie, z bardzo dobrą łazienką i najwyższej klasy wyposażeniem kuchennym. Łóżka były wygodne. Nie ma na co narzekać.
