The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished garden where you can fully relax. The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil culinary requirements. A washer is available for your laundry needs. Unwind in one of the four bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. Three rooms feature comfortable queen beds, while the fourth boasts a king bed. Some rooms are equipped with a desk and an ergonomic chair. All beds are outfitted with complimentary, hotel-quality linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep every time. The three bathrooms have all the amenities you need to freshen up, including a shower or a bathtub, fresh towels, and toiletries. The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
