Our chic flat offers a perfect blend of contemporary luxury and homely comfort, ideal for travellers seeking an authentic London experience. **Disclaimer - on the 22nd April we were informed by the building management that a neighboring apartment will be starting some renovation works within the next few days. They’ve assured us that every effort will be made to keep any disruption to a minimum, and the works are expected to be completed by the week commencing 11th May We don’t anticipate any major inconvenience, but we wanted to share this with you in advance for full transparency. Situated on the third floor of a charming period building, our flat boasts two generously-sized bedrooms and two opulent bathrooms. The master bedroom features a sumptuous king-size bed, whilst the second bedroom is furnished with two cosy single beds, making it an excellent choice for families or groups of friends. The entire flat is conveniently arranged on one level, ensuring effortless accessibility. The elegant main bathroom, adorned with sleek black tiles, includes a relaxing bathtub with an overhead shower – perfect for unwinding after a day of London adventures. For added convenience, the master bedroom boasts an en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. The inviting living area is the heart of the flat. Sink into the plush blue sofa or luxuriate in the leather armchairs while enjoying your favourite programmes on the smart TV. This space is ideal for relaxation or planning your next London excursion. Adjacent to the living room, you'll find a stylish dining area featuring a circular marble table with seating for four – perfect for intimate dinners or lively gatherings. Our state-of-the-art kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, allowing you to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a gourmet meal with ease. To make the property feel like a home away from home, we offer complimentary WiFi and our complimentary range of luxury amenities: - Fresh, high-quality linen and towels - Eco-friendly luxury toiletries - Tea and coffee

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M. Kindly note that the check-in for last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date is subject to availability (Please note that the key collection and the property might not be located at the same address) Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in. Our Teams are here to help all our guests in a polite and professional manner however we do not tolerate any form of abuse towards the staff. Should this rule be broken, we reserve the right to reject any current or future bookings. We would like to mention the check-in process: With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards.. We suggest, in order to avoid any charges, to check and report any damages or faulty items and appliances by contacting us on guest @ cityrelay com
