This three-bedroom house is perfect for guests looking to stay in the city. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The property is close to various attractions, good restaurants and shops, and the bus station is just 170 meters away, so guests can easily travel and explore the city!

Welcome to my home! This delightful two-storey 80 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this beautiful city. Please be mindful that guests must climb stairs to reach the house. As you step onto the ground floor, you’re welcomed by a cosy sitting area, perfect for unwinding and enjoying a TV show after a day of exploring the city. The kitchen has a warm, inviting atmosphere, ideal for socializing and sharing meals together. It’s fully equipped with cookware and utensils, plus a washing machine and dishwasher for extra convenience. This floor also features two comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed and plenty of storage space. The shared bathroom is stocked with all the essentials, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious third room with a queen-sized bed, a generous walk-in closet, a cosy annexe for extra storage, and its own private bathroom. Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival. Enjoy your stay!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
