Welcome to my home! This charming 79 m² apartment is perfectly situated near top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a wide variety of restaurants offering diverse cuisine. The bright living room features large windows that flood the space with natural light, a comfortable sofa bed for relaxing, a TV for your favorite shows, and a dining table for shared meals. The open kitchenette comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a tasty meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and all essential cookware and cutlery. A washing machine is also provided for your convenience. The first bedroom offers a cozy double bed and wardrobe, while the second bedroom includes twin beds. All beds are dressed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries to help you feel at home. The apartment is professionally cleaned before each stay and is located on the 4th floor of the building, which has an elevator. Enjoy your stay!

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
