With a privileged location in the city centre, this property offers the perfect combination of traditional charm and modern comfort. The property is located on the 2nd floor and accessible by lift. Designed with an open floor plan, the living area is warm and inviting, featuring a comfortable double sofa bed, a TV for enjoying your favorite shows, and a dining table that seats four. There's also a private balcony providing the perfect spot to savour the invigorating, crisp air. The well-equipped kitchenette includes all the essential cookware and utensils needed to prepare delicious meals, complete with a stove, oven, and microwave. A dishwasher makes post-meal cleanup effortless, while a washer, dryer, and ironing equipment ensure your laundry needs are met with ease. The serene bedroom is furnished with a plush queen-sized bed, dressed in complimentary hotel-quality linens to guarantee a restful night’s sleep. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Mieszkanie było czyste, łóżko w sypialni było wygodne i miało twardszy materac, który bardziej mi odpowiada. Było tam wszystko, czego potrzebowałem. Jestem bardzo zadowolony.
