This rustic duplex apartment near Alfama is perfect for couples looking to stay in the city centre. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The property is close to various attractions (e.g. Miradouro da Senhora do Monte), good restaurants and shops, and the R. Graça tram stop is just 5 minutes away, so guests can easily travel and explore the city!

Welcome! The homely apartment is on the 1st floor without lift access. This apartment is located in a quiet residential area beside Alfama. The exposed wood beams and stone lend a rustic charm that epitomises Lisbon's laid-back nature. Downstairs is the main living area. As you step inside, you will find the kitchen fully equipped with all the essentials (including stove, oven, microwave, and mini-fridge) needed to make yourself a satisfying meal if you wish to stay in for the night. Next is the two-person dining table and the sitting room with an oversized, comfortable couch that can sleep one person. Upstairs in the loft is the master bedroom with a large double bed, lounge chair, and skylight. Outside is the terrace with a breathtaking view of Alfama. Be mindful of your head, as the ceiling is very low. My apartment has one bathroom with a shower and complimentary toiletries. Clean bedsheets and towels are provided complimentary of charge for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
