Welcome! This cosy and charming apartment, designed to offer maximum comfort and make you feel at home, is the perfect base for exploring Lisbon and its attractions. Ideal for families or groups of friends, this accommodation features a pleasant living room with a dining area. The living area is equipped with a comfortable sofa, perfect for relaxing and watching TV after a day of sightseeing. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for preparing all your daily meals. In addition to the essential utensils and crockery, the kitchen has a kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, hob and fridge, as well as other appliances to help with your daily needs. Convenient access to the welcoming inner courtyard is provided directly from the kitchen, so you can easily enjoy an outdoor moment and take advantage of the natural light during the day. The property comprises two harmoniously decorated bedrooms to ensure peaceful nights. Both rooms are comfortable and equipped with double beds, and there is also a practical wardrobe to store your belongings. The bathrooms have all the amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience. Access to the property involves flights of stairs and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The space is always professionally cleaned. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self check-in property and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the apartment (15:00). We ask all guests to complete a registration form which will be sent after booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of a minimum of €200 EUR. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80 included. For the first few days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up liquid and a bin bag. Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door-opening service). Extra cleaning: price of one cleaning fee. Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
