Welcome! This elegant and cosy duplex apartment, decorated to provide comfort and make you feel at home, is the perfect base for exploring Lisbon and its attractions. Ideal for families or groups of friends, this apartment features a bright open-plan living area. The living room, with its contemporary décor, is equipped with a comfortable sofa and TV, making it the perfect space to relax after a day of sightseeing. The dining area, strategically located next to the kitchen, is ideal for convivial moments. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing all your meals. In addition to the essential utensils, it has a kettle, coffee machine, microwave, oven, induction hob and fridge, as well as an enclosed laundry area under the stairs with a washing machine to help with your daily needs. The three bedrooms are harmoniously decorated, ensuring peaceful nights of rest. Two of the bedrooms are on the lower floor, equipped with comfortable double beds and practical wardrobes. The third bedroom is located in the stunning mezzanine, offering a cosy atmosphere with natural light through skylight windows and a private en-suite bathroom. The two bathrooms have all the amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience. Access to the property and the upper floor involves flights of stairs and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The space is always professionally cleaned. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self check-in property and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the apartment (15:00). We ask all guests to complete a registration form which will be sent after booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of a minimum of €200 EUR. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80 included. For the first few days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up liquid and a bin bag. Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door-opening service). Extra cleaning: price of one cleaning fee. Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Świetna lokalizacja, mnóstwo miejsca i bardzo dogodne warunki do poruszania się pieszo. Zarezerwowałem w ostatniej chwili, a oni bez problemu mnie przyjęli.
