Exceptional location for this triplex apartment on rue de la Grande Chaussée in Old Lille, 2 minutes from the Grand Place and the Opera. Metro 7 minutes away and parking 100m away. Restaurants, stores and monuments are at the foot of the building!

On the second floor of a typical building without elevator in Vieux Lille, in one of Lille's oldest and most beautiful streets. Please note that the staircase to and within the apartment is typical of our pretty Lille buildings: the stairs are narrow, so we recommend that families with young children or people with mobility difficulties take this into consideration before booking. It comprises a living room with open-plan lounge and fully-equipped kitchen. Upstairs, a staircase (see photo) leads to two single bedrooms with double beds (140 x 200), a bathroom with shower and separate WC. The apartment will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry service for household linen. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Entertainment available via TV: Molotov TV, Prime Video! Ideal for visiting the beautiful city of Lille on foot for a stay with family or friends!
