This flat is located in a quiet, family-friendly building, so it is suitable for responsible, respectful travellers; please be sure not to party or make any excessive noise (music, shouting) after 9pm. You will appreciate this apartment configured on two levels, a pretty duplex fully equipped for your stay: 1st level: - Living room with open-plan fitted kitchen 2nd level: - Attic bedroom with double bed - A bathroom with bath and WC its bathroom You'll love its facilities and location! The staircase in the accommodation is spiral (see photo), so we recommend that families with young children or people with mobility difficulties take this into consideration before booking. The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry for household linen. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels.
