This beautiful flat is ideally located in the heart of Lille, 50 metres from Place du Maréchal Leclercq and Rue Nationale. Just a stone's throw from the Catho, the Wazemmes market and a 10-minute walk from the centre of Lille.

This one-bedroom flat has a cosy living room with a double bed, a small fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area / office for working with wifi and a bathroom with bath. Ideal for a short break for couples or business travellers! The flat will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry service for household linen. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Entertainment available via TV: Molotov TV, Prime Video! The staircase to the flat is a little narrow, so we recommend people with mobility difficulties take this into consideration. Please note that this accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. We are committed to selective sorting, so you will have two bins at your disposal, one for recyclable packaging and the other for non-recyclable waste. We also ask our travellers to be eco-responsible, with simple gestures such as not overheating the accommodation (19 degrees maximum) and being careful about wasting water.
