This apartment is located in the heart of Old Lille, rue de la Caserne Saint-Ruth. It is third floor without elevator (steep stairs) of a secure building. The accommodation was renovated in 2023, it is very functional and pleasant to live in. Ideal for visiting Lille and/or for your business trips! Please note, the accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

The apartment is composed as follows: - Entrance opening onto a large living room with lounge area, dining area and equipped kitchen - Bathroom with bathtub, sink and WC - Upstairs (steep stairs, be careful!) there is a bedroom with a double bed Air conditionning is available The building is not equipped with shutters, so the light cannot be completely blocked out. The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry for linens. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Here is the entertainment available to you via TV: Molotov TV and Prime Video.

The Old Lille shuttle passes in the neighboring street, it is a bus that you stop like a taxi and which drops you off wherever you want on its route and passes every 15 minutes to make your life easier, from Monday to Saturday from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. By shuttle, the nearest metro is 10 minutes away (Rihour station). V'Lille station 200 meters away.
