For your information, the accommodation was completely renovated in April 2025! Comfortable, fully-equipped studio located in a quiet street between central Lille and Wazemmes, a pleasant part of Lille's lifestyle. We're 5 minutes from the metro, 10 minutes from the Grand Place and 15 minutes from the train stations, ideal for getting around quickly and visiting Lille.

It comprises : - a 160X200 double bed with large wardrobe - sofa with coffee table and TV - a small, fully-equipped kitchen - bathroom with shower and WC The windows are fitted with blackout curtains. The apartment will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry service for household linen. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for breakfast and dinner. Entertainment available via TV: Molotov TV, Prime Video!
