Studio ideally located in the centre of Lille. Next to the Palais des Beaux Arts, the train stations are 15 minutes away, and the metro 5 minutes. Please note that the accommodation is located in an Appart’Hotel type residence, on the second floor with no lift. Sound insulation is limited and the accommodation is located in a busy area. We advise you to bring your earplugs for greater comfort.

The flat is a studio located on Rue Baptiste Monnoyer on the second floor (no lift) of a typical Lille building: it comprises a single living room with a real 140 x 200 double bed, a dining area/study and small fitted kitchen and a bathroom with shower and WC. You'll love this practical short-stay accommodation right next to the centre of Lille, ideal for couples, singles and business travellers. The flat will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry service for household linen. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Entertainment available via TV: Molotov TV, Prime Video! The neighbourhood is quite lively, so for light sleepers, we advise you to bring your earplugs!
