Located on rue Baptiste Monnoyer in the centre of Lille, the apartment is on the fifth floor with no lift, in the attic. The train stations are a 15-minute walk away, and République Beaux-Arts metro station is 5 minutes away.

The building being old and typical of Lille, soundproofing is naturally more limited than in a modern building, and it is not unusual to hear noise from the building or the neighbourhood. The staircase leading up is also narrow and steep, so please plan accordingly if you're travelling with luggage, young children, or have reduced mobility. Please note that there is no door between the bedroom and the bathroom, and as the apartment is in the attic, the height under the bed and sofa is not very great. The apartment is composed as follows: - A living space with equipped kitchen and TV area - A bedroom with double bed and open bathroom with shower The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry service for household linen.
