Located on rue Baptiste Monnoyer in the centre of Lille, the studio is on the second floor of an Appart'Hotel-type residence with no lift. The train stations are a 15-minute walk away, and République Beaux-Arts metro station is 5 minutes away.

The building being old and typical of Lille, soundproofing is naturally more limited than in a modern building, and it is not unusual to hear noise from the building or the neighbourhood. The staircase leading up is also narrow and steep, so please plan accordingly if you're travelling with luggage, young children, or have reduced mobility. The apartment is composed as follows: - A living room with double bed (140x200), dining/office area and kitchen corner - A bathroom with shower and toilet The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry service for household linen. All linens are provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats, and tea towels. Entertainment available via the TV: Molotov TV.
